On 25 September 2010, the new ISL Automotive GmbH logistics center was officially inaugurated.
Chief Executive Jürgen Dincher – on behalf of his executive colleagues, Armin Rein and Klaus Schwarz – warmly welcomed the invited guests. The new production hall at the Saarwellingen site boasts over 3,300 square meters of space for the sequence production of the new Ford Focus.
Here, in cooperation with the world’s largest adhesive manufacturer, Henkel AG & Co. KGaA of Dusseldorf, with the so-called “Terophon® HDF”* the reinforcements for car doors will be noise-optimized and simultaneously made lighter and more cost effective. ISL is also very pleased about creating 20 new jobs.
In his remarks, Mayor Michael Philippi was thrilled over ISL Automotive’s successful development in the Saarwellingen Industrial Park. The event was special in many ways as prominent guests from business and politics as well as leading employees not only enjoyed an exchange of interesting conversations but could also wish Jürgen Dincher a happy 50th birthday at midnight.
